I had the pleasure to work for Johnson & Johnson to create a series of ‘Back to Work’ illustrations, created for the employees in their many offices and subsidiaries to enable them to return safely back to work during Covid-19. I was asked first to design a set of characters to be used by a team of illustrators. The characters needed to be in a variety of poses and angles, allowing them to be added to each illustrator’s composition. We were each given rough photo reference and asked to create consistent and cohesive illustrations in the J&J brand style. After developing the characters, I also created over 25 individual illustrations.
